At Aerisol, every product is handled with care from production to delivery.

Orders for linen, cotton, and hemp garments are typically dispatched within 2–4 days of placement. Denim products, which are often made-to-order, require a longer processing time and are usually dispatched within 6–7 days.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Delivery timelines depend on your location. Orders to metro cities are generally delivered within 2–3 days after dispatch, while deliveries to other locations may take 3–4 days. We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery, though delays may occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs are already included in the product price. However, customers choosing prepaid payment methods benefit from a lower effective price, typically saving ₹200–₹300 compared to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

For international orders, we arrange shipping through third-party courier services upon request. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If a return is requested, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
